Go through the comments of referees carefully. Carry out all corrections. If your data need to be re-analysed, consult biostatistician. Do not ignore any comment / remark / query of the referees.  If you feel a comment / suggestion by the referee is incorrect / unacceptable, reply by explaining the reasons. Point-by-point explanation is a must.
